An audit takes two weeks. A first automation usually works on real data within a few weeks. Training is one to three sessions. Monthly support has no minimum term. ### How is the work priced: fixed scope or hourly? Each project gets a fixed price after the call, before we start. Monthly support is a fixed fee with a set number of hours. We do not bill by the hour with surprises at month end. ### Is there an NDA, and can you work with sensitive data? Yes. We sign the NDA before we see any document. For sensitive data we use models hosted in the EU or on your own servers. ### Can you deploy on AWS / Azure / GCP / on-premise? Yes. We work on the cloud your team already uses, or on your own servers. ### What happens if scope grows mid-project? We stop, write down the change and give you a fixed price for it before we touch anything. ### What if we already have an in-house dev team? Good. We work with them on the AI part and leave documentation they can build on. ### Can we hand the system over to our internal team later? Yes, that is the default.
