## The catalogue is never up to date

Every new product needs its sheet. Name, description, dimensions, features, price. Then the same detail has to be repeated on the website, in the catalogue, and in the ERP.

Someone does it by hand, it takes time, and even so there are half-done sheets and details that do not match from one place to another.

You already have the data. The process builds the sheet and keeps it the same everywhere.

## Common questions

### What if it does not work?

We agree up front which sheets it has to build well. You test it on your real products. If you do not use it, you do not pay.

### What if I am missing data for a product?

What is missing it does not make up. It marks the sheet as incomplete so a person can add what is missing.

### Can it write the sales description, not just the data?

Yes. It composes the description in your tone, from the product's real features. It does not promise things the product does not have.

### Does it keep the sheet updated when a price or detail changes?

Yes. When the source data changes, it updates the sheet in the connected places without typing it again.

### Do I have to change my website or ERP?

No. It connects to what you already use. If it has a way to receive the data, we use it.
