## Common questions

### What if it does not work?

We agree up front what has to end up collected and searchable. If it falls short, we keep adjusting until it lands. The monthly does not begin until it answers.

### What if the person is almost gone already?

The sooner we start, the more we collect. If time is short, we prioritise what only they know and what would hurt most to lose.

### Does it make up answers?

No. It answers with the source cited, be it a session with them or one of their documents. What it has not collected, it says so.

### What if they will not cooperate?

We frame it as recognising their experience, not replacing them. Most prefer to leave things tied up before they go. You tell us how to approach it.

### Is my company data safe?

We work on your accounts and your keys. We sign an NDA before we see anything. You stay in charge of your data.
