## Common questions

### What if it does not work?

Before we start we agree which questions it has to answer well. If it falls short, we keep adjusting until it lands. The monthly does not begin until it answers.

### Does my management software not do this already?

Your software answers from what lives inside it. The brain goes to what stays outside: the loose PDFs, ten years of email, the shared drives, the spreadsheets.

### Does it make up answers?

No. It answers with the source cited, so you can check where each thing comes from. What it cannot find, it says so.

### Who can see what?

We set up role-based permissions. Each person sees only what belongs to them. A management contract does not show up to someone it should not.

### Is my company data safe?

We work on your accounts and your keys. We sign an NDA before we see anything. You stay in charge of your data.
