## Common questions

### What if it does not work?

We agree up front which procedure and rule questions it has to resolve well. If it falls short, we keep adjusting until it lands. The monthly does not begin until it answers.

### Does it make up answers?

No. It answers with the document and section cited, so you can check. What it cannot find, it says so.

### Does it interpret the rules on its own?

It does not give legal advice. It tells you what the rule says and where it takes it from. The decision stays yours or your adviser's.

### What happens when a procedure changes?

You update the document and the answers come from the good version. We show you how to keep it up to date yourselves.

### Who can see what?
