## Your team hears about AI but does not use it

They have taken a course, watched some videos, tried a tool for a while. And then they go back to working the same as always.

The training they find is about generic examples. Nothing that looks like what they do every day at your company.

The team does not need another talk. It needs to practise on its own work until it comes naturally.

## What you get

-   Live exercises on your team's real work, not textbook cases.
-   Everyone leaves with at least one thing they can already do on their own.
-   A recording of the session for anyone who cannot come or wants a recap.

We bring no textbook examples. We build the exercises on your team's real tasks.

Half a day or a full day. The team practises on its own work until it clicks.

### We leave you the recording and the guide

For anyone who missed it and for revisiting. The team carries on with what it learned.

## Common questions

### What if it does not work?

Before we start we agree what you want the team to be able to do by the end. If the session does not get there, we repeat or adjust it at no cost. The price is fixed.

### Half a day or a full day?

It depends on how much you want to cover and the size of the team. In the 15 minutes we tell you which one fits what you are after.

### Does the team need to be technical?

No. We start from what they do every day and teach them to lean on AI for it. No technical background needed.

### In person or remote?

Both. We come to your office in Barcelona or we do it remotely. The content and the exercises are the same.

### How many people can attend?

It works best with groups where everyone can practise. If you are many, we talk it through and split it into sessions.
