In 15 minutes you tell us which tools you pay for and what the team does each day. That is where the exercises come from.

### We build the training around those tools

We set up the exercises with the licences you already have and with your real work.

### We train live

The team practises with its own tools and tasks until it comes naturally.

### We leave you a recording and a guide

For the rest of the team and for revisiting. The licence stops being dead money.

## Common questions

### What if it does not work?

Before we start we agree what you want the team to be able to do with their licences by the end. If the session does not get there, we repeat or adjust it at no cost. The price is fixed.

### Does it work for the tools we already pay for?

Yes, that is the idea. We train on the licences you already have, not on others you would have to buy.

### What if the team has never touched these tools?

Even better. We start from scratch with their real work and they leave knowing how to use them for what they do every day.

### In person or remote?

Both. We come to your Barcelona office or we do it remotely. The content is the same.

### Do we need a technical background?

No. We start from what the team does and teach it to lean on the tools. You do not need anyone technical.
