## Common questions

### What if it does not work?

You are month to month, no lock-in. If a month gives you nothing, you stop and do not pay the next one. There is nothing to break out of.

### What if I do not use the hours one month?

The bank is for the month. If you know a quiet month is coming, tell us and we sort it out before it happens.

### Does it have to be something you built?

It does not. If you have agents or automations from somewhere else, we look at them, learn them, and maintain them all the same.
