## Common questions

### What if it does not work?

You are month to month, no lock-in. If a month gives you nothing, you stop and do not pay the next one.

### Will you talk to my client?

No, unless you ask us to. By default we deal only with you. The client sees your brand at all times.

### What do I charge my client for this?

Whatever you decide. We charge you the monthly fee. What you bill the client is up to you.

### What if one month I have more work than the bank covers?

Tell us and we sort it out. We extend that month's hours or prioritise with you what is most urgent.

### Can you maintain something someone else built?

Yes. If your client already has agents or automations from elsewhere, we look at them, learn them, and maintain them.
